Brief Project Description:
This iconic project is located in Western province of Rwanda, Gisenyi-Rubavu district bordering Goma, DRC and overlooks Lake Kivu. It consists of 6500SM of Office buildings, Warehouses, Clearance & verification Shed and 1.5km road. The project sits on approximately 1.5ha of land with greenery and has greatly improved movement/ storage at the border. OSBP Rubavu has been taken by the Government of Rwanda as the model OSBP for the country.
